RECYCLING PAVILION

The Recycling Pavilion is presently sited at the playing field.

YOU CAN HELP THE ENVIRONMENT, REDUCE POLLUTION AND SAVE RESOURCES BY USING IT!

Items presently accepted at the pavilion are;

Food tins & drinks cans, glass jars & bottles.
PLEASE WASH all your cans, tins and bottles to prevent flies, wasps and smells before depositing them in the containers provided.

Aluminium Foil.
Please deposit in the bin inside the pavilion.

Newspapers and Magazines.
Please stack these tidily on the shelves inside the pavilion. It is helpful if newspapers and magazines could be bundled seperately. CARDBOARD or ENVELOPES are NOT accepted.

Textiles and left-overs from Jumble Sales.
Items should be baged or boxed and left inside the pavilion.

Plastic Bottles.
Please remove the tops and flatten the bottles before putting them in the bags/nets inside the pavilion.

With landfill sites such as 'Deep Moor' quickly running out of space it is vital that we all redirect as much waste as possible away from landfill by making as much use as possible of local recycling facillities.....
